One of the world's rarest and most concentrated dessert wines. Essence is made exclusively from the natural juice that drips under the weight of the aszú berries themselves — through extremely slow fermentation, with low alcohol and very high sugar content. The 1999 vintage is the reference year for the Tokaj region. Oil-like texture, intense honey, spicy and fruity aromas, a never-ending finish. A rarity for collectors.
