It is made 100% from Blue Weber agave grown on the estate with the help of master distiller Alberto Patrida.
It is aged for 1 year in French oak barrels. Of an oaky character and mildly alcoholic. In its flavour cooked-agave notes, vanilla sweetness, mild peppery character and faint cinnamon aromas dominate. We recommend its consumption neat, at room temperature.
