Grown for 8-10 years, made with double distillation from Salmiana agave originating 100% from Zacatecas (Mexico), this unaged distillate embodies in its aroma the earthy smokiness of mezcal, accompanied by spice herbs, flowers and fresh citruses. At Casa Don Ramon tequila- and mezcal-making is passion, pride, heritage. Along strict rules, the production goes on with craft methods, which were perfected over generations by the "Maestros", in order that the final product corresponds to the taste of even the most demanding consumers. After every harvested Salmiana Agave the Casa Don Ramon plants two further plants in its place.
