The origin of the name of the product family comes from the production process itself. The 80% alcohol-content base pálinka is matured separately, on two kinds of fruit bed for a minimum of 12 months. In the first phase on fresh fruit for about 6 months, then after reaching the appropriate colour, flavour and sweetness we transfer it onto dried fruit for the rounding of the flavours. The Double Bed Pálinka owe their defining colour, flavour, sweetness to the components extracted from the fruits, which can vary from vintage to vintage.
