The Tequila 1800 got its name in memory of the year in which the first perfect-quality tequila was created. The company to this day makes its drinks on the basis of the 1800 recipe. For every single tequila eight-year agave distillate is used, which is aged to perfection in excellent-quality French and American oak barrels selected by the "Maestro Tequilero" (tequila master). The process is quite long and laborious, but at the end of the process an extraordinarily high-quality tequila is born. The Tequila 1800 Anejo is aged for 3 years in French oak barrels, so its colour shines in the colours of amber and copper. Its aroma is quite pleasant, the spicy aromas of the vanilla, the clove, the cinnamon are accompanied by the sweetness of milk caramel and chocolate. In its flavour nutty notes can be observed. Its aftertaste is pleasantly spicy, peppery in character.
