Amalaya Brut Nature is a harmonious blend of two emblematic varieties. The crossing of Riesling and Torrontés grapes provides a perfect foundation for this aromatic, fruit-noted sparkling wine. This refreshing sparkling wine is ideal for celebrations and festive dishes, green salads, soft cheeses, seafood and sushi, or as an aperitif.
In appearance, brilliantly golden in color, with fine bubbles and a fresh sensation. The nose features fine orange blossom emanating from the Torrontés and fresh fruity notes from the Riesling, such as green apple and pineapple. The sparkling wine starts dynamically, with minerality and medium volume, preserving freshness and closing with fine acids.
