Although it originates from a renowned brewery from a very historic region, this is not your typical junmai daiginjo. Are you able to catch the modest expression of "ginjo-ka", which is full of white flowers and a pinch of anise? Its flavour has the layered depth of Omachi rice grown in Okayama prefecture, in Bizen-no-kuni - the birthplace of this heritage strain. This sake makes a different impression with every sip.
