STIN is distinguished by a great selection of flavours. It is no different with the alcohol-free version of our gin either. Logical: the STIN NON ALCOHOLIC is also made from the same ingredients as the Classic edition. Among its main ingredients we can find the juniper berry, South Styrian apple, East Styrian elderberry, lemon and orange, caraway seed, coriander, ginger, cardamom and pepper. The batch contains a total of 28 different botanical substances. Only the omission of the addition of alcohol means some, but the more significant, difference compared to the Classic batch. This is also why the recipe had to be slightly modified. Quite a big challenge! But this is the only way that all the flavours of STIN remain the same: unmistakable. Alongside the customary freshness the Non Alcoholic also convinces with the characterful spiciness. This complements the fruity and citrusy notes, and gives a special character to the alcohol-free STIN. The alcohol-free gin is also distilled gently, in a copper pot and in small batches. Because of the high essential-oil content it is slightly cloudy. Its consumption neat or in a classic gin-tonic, however, always offers a cloudless experience.
