Amass created its own alcohol-free spirit, which, regarding its ingredients, most resembles gin, but many other ingredients were also used, to create a distillate with a completely unique and refined flavour profile. In the rainforest-inspired drink juniper, angelica root and cardamom dart about, which are excellently complemented by the flavours of sorrel, lemon peel and sumac. And the rich plant tones are provided by thyme, mint and parsley. The combination of these special ingredients provides a genial and complex end result, of which from every sip we can feel ourselves in the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest rainforest.
