This distillery has been making mezcal for generations, they have plenty of professional experience and dedication to the drink, it is very important for their community, which is also shown in the end result. And the agave grown at high elevation for 7 years is the best quality, which is indispensable for achieving the special and premium flavours. The makers were capable of creating something lasting in the field of mezcal too after tequila.
