It is made 100% from Blue Weber agave grown on the estate with the help of master distiller Alberto Patrida. It is aged for 2 years in French oak barrels. In its flavour cooked-agave notes, woody spiciness and honeyed aromas dominate. In its aroma dried fruits, as well as roasted oakiness appear. Thanks to the wine-cask ageing it is characterised by ripe fruitiness. Its finish is pleasantly sweetish. We recommend its consumption neat, at room temperature.
