A collector's-edition, Black Edition bottling aged for 5 years in American and French oak red-wine barrels. The Cava de Oro Extra Anejo Tequila is dark amber in colour, and contains numerous aromas, such as cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. Entering smoothly it quickly expands, and presents numerous toasted flavours, such as cinnamon and maple syrup, and all these persist for a pleasantly long time on the palate.
