The Casamigos enterprise is in the ownership of the actor George Clooney. Although the brand itself is new, the actor has in many places stated that for its making he gathered together truly old and expert specialists. Accordingly the reposado version is a truly demanding tequila. The production process is slow, the agave is fermented to twice the average, and roasted for 10 times as long. The distillate then matures for seven months in American oak barrels. The result is a gold-coloured tequila with a marked flavour world, it is worth making an attempt with it.
