The Cabo Maya Anejo Tequila is a premium-quality tequila, which is made exclusively from the highest-quality blue agave. The agave is carefully selected and for the production of the tequila strict quality controls are applied by the producers of Cabo Maya Tequila, to ensure the best quality. The Anejo Tequila is aged for at least one year in oak barrels, so that it gets its characterful, mature flavour and the rich colour. The colour of the Cabo Maya Anejo Tequila is deep, golden-brown, and its aroma is complex and rich, in it the notes of ripe fruits, spiciness, vanilla and caramel can be felt. Its flavour is fine and soft, but at the same time characterful and intense, in which spicy, smoky and sweet notes also appear. During the ageing the tequila gains rich flavours and aromas, which excellently suit consumption on its own or various cocktails. The Cabo Maya Anejo Tequila is gladly consumed on its own, or chilled with ice, but it is also excellently suitable for the making of various cocktails, for example for a Tequila Sunrise or a Margarita.
