One of Bollinger's most outstanding modern vintages — a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. The 2012 vintage is exceptionally concentrated, rich and elegant: ripe citrus, yellow apple, quince, toasted almond, brioche, fine smokiness and classic Bollinger oxidative notes. A deep, structured, creamy-textured and long-lived Champagne.
