The 2008 vintage is one of the most highly rated in Bollinger's history — an iconic bottling of nearly perfect proportions. Blend: approximately 71% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay, exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Stylistically exceptionally taut, precise and deep: citrus, white-fleshed fruits, toasted nuts, brioche, chalky minerality and elegant smoky notes. A complex, exceptionally refined Champagne with long cellaring potential.
