Premium-category rums are made from sugarcane coming from the former Danish colonies - the Virgin Islands and Central America. An elegant rum, which owes its special, slightly spicy flavour to the liquorice root and the bitterness of balsam. Mild sweetness, a rich flavour profile characterise it. A sweetish, fruity aroma.
We recommend consuming it neat, poured over ice.
