The 1731 collection includes six different rums, among which there are three unique regional rum blends and three unique-origin rums, these come from the Central and South American areas. The rums come from the Varela Hermanos distillery, and are aged in bourbon barrels. These rums are soft and mildly sweet, but at the same time have spicy notes, for example vanilla and caramel flavours. Their aroma evokes tropical fruits and mild coconut.
