Cederberg Bukettraube 2017. Made from 100% Bukettraube grapes with 8 hours skin contact which is then pressed and settled for fermentation to be stopped to infuse the natural sugar. Great partner to traditional Cape Malay or Indian curries, spiced poultry or blue cheese.

Fermentation - Reductive style, cold crush 8ºC Skin contact for 8 hours, light pressing Settle for 2 days at 10ºC Fermentation: 49 days at 14ºC with selected yeast strains; stop fermentation, natural sugar. Vineyards are facing South East, soil types are Glenrosa and Sandstone. Age of vines being 16 years old.
